Where can I find a 165 degree T-stat?

A few weeks ago, it was suggested that supercharged VehiCROSSes would run better with a lower temp, 165 degree thermostat. I went in to my friendly local Isuzu parts department to pick one up. The parts guy looked at me like I was speaking another language! None of the thermostats listed have a temperture range on them, just the part number. He hadn't a clue as to how to find a 165 degree unit that would fit our engines.

Can anyone help find a real part number for this thermostat, so that it can be ordered? Is there a standard size for our thermostats, that maybe an auto parts store could use to source the lower temp unit?

go to the auto parts store and have them look up a thermostat for the vx to find out. shawn
