There’s a Chinese restaurant that I always try to visit whenever I’m in Richmond. --- It’s not your typical ‘Americanized’ place; rather it caters far more to the local Asian-American community, serving truly authentic dishes…

Their rolling-cart Sunday buffet affords you the opportunity of sampling all sorts of things, while getting to actually see them first – although, without knowing what any them really are. --- I’ve never ordered anything from the menu (or even looked at it for that matter) – nor would I ever want to, mainly for fear of discovering what I’ve been eating!
