Boston snow buster
Having just moved to Boston, it was a "surprise" to wake up on sunday to almost 3 ft of snow and up to 6 ft snow drifts. Having to answer an emergency call at work was going to be daunting to say the least, but the VX just ate it up...no problem! It was great!
Only had to worry about the pedestrians that braved the weather and walked in the middle of the road in the low visibility : steering remained responsive and nimble despite the moving targets.

Welcome to New England...it didn't take you long to find out why we love(?) the winters up here so much(NOT).
Those moving targets ARE fun on slippery roads though. I get them here in Manchester,VT(the outlet capitol of New England) all the time, total disregard for cars, just dart out in the road, don't look...and then THEY get mad when you blow the horn..LOL
"oh look Mildred, Joe bagged another one of them Tourists"

Be very careful! Short wheelbase=unexpected issues in the snow. This is my third New England winter with a VX. I have learned to drive it very very carefully. I grew up in the snow belt of PA and learned to drive in the deep stuff and the VX can do a 180 faster than you might expect. Good snow tires help but don't be deceived by the VX's good looks and TOD for snow.

New England meet
Brian,
Thanks for the email. I'm a little slow on the response as I'm still trying to adjust to VXMAN's decision to switch rides for a mustang (Dave are you reading this?!). Anyway, can't make it. Moving to new office that weekend but hope you have a happy anniversay!
