Gas Peddle extender

I find that when I push the seat back to where I like it in relationship to the steering wheel I'm a couple of inches too far away from the gas peddle. I'd like to add a couple of inches to it -- something a little more elegant than taping a block of wood to it.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

You could try some aftermarket pedals - they lay on top of the original - you could possibly shim them out with some type of spacer. You might still have a problem with the lever radius though.
