I am a new, but I hadn't heard of or seen a 5-door VX. A guy (from Russia?) asked if I knew where to find one; I rferred him to this page but haven't seen his post. He gave me this link, which is also odd:

they just have 1, its a prototype. its called the vx04.

I've seen that pic before, but upon checking it out again, I really like it. Oh how awesome those rear doors would be for those of us with babies in car seats! And I imagine there's a lot of extra cargo room in the rear because it's at least 24" longer. And of all the prototypes, it's got the best center console. Too bad they never put these into production. By the way, why doesn't it have a 4 hi /4 lo shifter?
I read that other thread (Isuzu Corporate Info ) and it sounds like Isuzu might make a comeback in the US. Does anyone think they might reintroduce the VX line? Or is the fanbase just too small for that to ever happen?
