PV1 exhaust tip question

I have a PV1 catback that needs a new exhaust tip. My question is, what size do I need to get to fit after the old one is cut off?

Anything can fit and be welded on... I cut my tip off my PV Catback and put on a Magnaflow 3" DIA. 18" LENTH rolled edge tip...

Is the tip the culprit to the bwap I hear in my exhaust? I have a PV1 with a full cat back. If I take the rolled edge tip off will the exhaust note change? ;Dr;

Did with mine... HATED the way the stock tip with it's resonator insert sounded.

That's another reason to replace it -- that resonator needs to go

I cut off the resonator tip on my PV1 catback and replaced it with the Magnaflow 3 1/2" tip. It's lost the awful "beer bottle" sound it had at 3000 RPM and now has a nice roar. Might be a bit loud for some. Now, to save for the supercharger . . .
