window tilt problem

hi guys, my driver side window tilt when it goes up. i went to a glass shop and they replaced the rubber between the clip and the glass. It still tilts after all. From this web site, i saw some of you have the same problem, too. I wonder is it a common problem or just the glass shop didnt do a good job. Besides from some of the post, i heard that ISUZU has extended the warranty for this particular problem. Is that true?

you should be covered, I have mine in the shop right now for the same problem(for the fith time) amongst other stuff.
