Do the Zurich Code readers from Harbor Freight read Vehicross ABS codes? Or TOD codes

I'm looking for a code reader that can do Vehicross ABS (and TOD would be a bonus). I've heard many ABS readers don't do ISUZU or Vehicrosses.
My Harbor freight sale flyer has 2 models on sale (11 and 13) of the 5 models that all claim to do Asian ABS car systems. Prices ranging from $50 to $299 at the link below and I'm hoping someone has tried them. The cheapest #4, says

The mid range #11 (on sale for $99 for their club members) says:
The ZR11s diagnoses and erases engine, ABS, and SRS codes and lights,
Works with virtually all cars, light trucks, minivans, SUVs or hybrids manufactured since 1996 (OBD2) – foreign and domestic

#15, the most expensive says
Perform bi-directional testing on engine and anti-lock brake systems (ABS)

My old cen-tech doesn't do squat for TOD or ABS. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with these models and brand and if it can do Vehicross ABS and TOD.
So if you know anything about these or other brands it would be appreciated.
