TOD computer?

I was takin apart the vx to install my new amp/speaker/etc. i was plannin to place the amp where everyone else places it..under the seat. since i have 2 amps i was planning to ahve 1 udner the passenger seat and the other under the driver side. so i unscrewed the passenger one first and there it was, a silver computer lookin thing with something bro on it(i remember it was the name of the company tat developed tod). so now im short 1 place to place the amp...any ideas?

I have one installed under the drivers seat, and one installed in the jack compartment, right behind the jack.

i wanted to put it back there but im worried its going to overheat...its a cheap amp i bought for 100 dollars...and tat 100 included 2 10" and a box...
