Help p0161 and p0160

I recently got an error code po161 and changed my oxygen sensor after the cat. I got it from eBay and after changing it I am getting error code p0160 now. I thought it might be a cheap sensor I got on eBay so I ordered a Bosch O2 sensor and I'm getting the same code. Any ideas what this could be? Also when I screw in sensor it looks like there may be a very tiny Gap with a sense of goes in. Another words that look like it may be able to screw in another turn or two. Could this be causing the code. Does the sensor have to be exactly flush with the pipe. When I try to turn it more it's actually stripping and don't want to make it worse than it is.

Does anybody know what size that sensor is I tried to 22 mm and 7/32 and both of them are stripping it. I am getting it almost all the way in but cannot get it the rest of the way it looks like it could take another turn in a half to two turns. Could that cause that code

You dont know the size for the new part? I just searched the manual, it just says to replace the sensor and its location. No size given for the OEM part.
