Whats This?

Saw this K&N thing on ebay, curious what it does.

Good question..
The description makes no sense outside of the air filter.

This person is selling that exact same item for like 600+ cars, no doubt its a resistor or similar to add into air temp sensor to change fuel map.

Our engine runs rich as it is, adding more fuel will make it SLOWER.
