Silverton CO. 2017 - 8/19-8/25

Last year was great and I am glad some of the Isuzu crew came to Silverton with us for some epic scenery and trails in this amazing region. If you are interested in a 4x4 destination that is It is different than Moab and also has more trails than you can do in a week, some trails are very challenging and some just beautiful on a grand scale. We booked a house again this year because the hotels are limited and either very expensive or old and expensive, but some are still a decent price for the area.

There is also primitive camping nearby but you need to look around or check with the forest service for info on camping. I know Trooper Dave camped in a nice spot last year and I am sure he would tell you about it.
