Are there any compatible ones like the ABS unit from a Rodeo that I used?

Troopers, Rodeos, Amigos all have a much flatter glass than the VX. I doubt that the regulators for any of them would work for the VX. Some of the piece parts may be the same though.
I had to go through isuzuparts.com and get from Japan. Then it turns out I didn't need it as the window started working on its ownQuote:
