Performance MAF for 3.2-3.5 =15 rear HP?

Anyone familiar with these? According to my latest JCtruck catalog they're now being made for 98 on Isuzu's3.2 &3.5l.
15 rear wheel HPs aint bad, although $339 aint cheap. thought I read something on it somewhere before but cant find it now.
