Strangely, you could buy an entire ford fusion or ford flex used with the ecoboost 3.5l with everything, computer, transmission, body, seats, dash...for about that price.:smack:
My NA 3.5L in my 2014 ford flex has 300hp, gets better mileage than the ecoboost too:confused:

There was a used one on there for half that price. This one is a brand new crate motor with all accessories...but yea, it is pricey hence the extra coin burning a whole comment.
These engines are capable of 600hp. They are putting a 450 version in the new Raptors and a 600hp version in the new GTs.

The engine is a Ford. I have to draw the line there. If it was GM, then ok, I'd consider the swap.
