For Sale/Part Out?
It's time. I'm not in a position to be able to continue putting money into my 2001 Firefox. 174,000 miles, 74,000 on the engine. Still getting about 15 mpg. When I add Seafoam to the engine about once a quarter, the oil consumption is nil. Front pads changed a month ago. Power steering pump is failing, needs front wheel bearings and front tires. Pretty much stock except for sunroof and aftermarket radio. I have the factory Yakima racks and Tone's 2" receiver hitch installed. The power windows need fixed (the classic problem). Dealer is offering me $1,500 on trade. Is anyone interested in buying her for use or parting out and making worth my time and trouble instead of just accepting the trade?
Sad day, but I'd like to see her to to help the members keep their rides alive.

Guys - What was the outcome? Is this going to be parted-out? I have need for a number of items and would love to strike a deal for some items to get mine back in shape!
