Moab this August?

We will be moving across country this summer, back to Washington I go. I will drive the VX with the trailer behind it, and the wife will follow with the Fusion. We don't want to risk driving both Zus, plus, at 10-12 mpg and the Navy only pays me 22 cents a mile, I am already out of pocket several hundred dollars just in fuel.
I will firm up the dates when the time comes,but if anyone is in the area, or interested in tagging along, I really want to take the wife on Kane Creek, and maybe a new trail or two, and of course, we will be going on a day rafting trip!

No, we will be going across I70 all the way from Ohio to Utah. We have family in Dayton, OH and Kansas City, MO.

Just an update, I got my orders Saturday, have to be in WA on the 29th of August. That is crap. Military says they cannot move my household goods until maybe the 5th of August, takes three days to pack out all my stuff. Means I hit the road on the 9th...maybe.
