Looking to replace my rear pass fender (near future)

Any thoughts on a fix (not). Or if anyone knows of a good place to price this, please let me know.

use a small piece of plastic, super glue it on, sand it smooth, then get the whole thing coated in Line-X. line-x $400ish, new fender $200ish, or so ive heard
