That is the Austin Robotics VX that was nuilt for the DARPA competitions. They are members here on the site and there are several threads about their VX and build. I had a meet up with them here in Tucson when they came through and posted up some pics. The cool thing is when they built it they did it in a way so they could return it to original if they wanted.
