Front Torx Screws?

While takin out my grill to silcone my headlights I noticed that the 2 torx screws that are next to the grill do not have a bracket holding on to anything. I am wondering if that is a normal thing or is that something that the 1st owner of my VX removed for some reason? does anyone else have the same thing?

I've read this at least once before, and Joe_Black had his front cladding off before Uwharrie this past weekend, and he made the same remark. So it's normal - they're just cosmetic. :-)

Yup, just there for looks and held in by retainer clips like the kind that come with speakers.
