Help with Ventillation system??

A local company installed an audio system for me and when they did, they installed the pioneer bluetooth box in the wrong area....

When I got the VX back and I turned on the heat/air, I noticed a weird noise behind the dash. When I changed the air from going to defrost to feet, or vice versa, you can hear the "door" or "flap" open and close behind the dash but it didn't sound right. I started looking around and removed the glove box to find that they installed the bluetooth box in the area where this "door/flap" opens and closes to redirect air (i can't remember what this door is called). Well the door kept hitting the bluetooth box and broke a small plastic part and now the door doesn't open/close the right way. I took it back and they "fixed" it but using some type of glue (they half assed it) and now it's coming undone.

When I'm online and I find a VX being parted out, what is the name of the "box" or "unit" that I should buy to replace mine? I understand it's a big job because the dash has to be removed. :mado:

I'm hoping that I'm making sense with my description...

I would think that if you posted a link to the description in this thread, most folks, who are able to manipulate a screwdriver & wrenches well enough to part a VX, would understand the part you're looking for...:yesgray:
