probably left over from the bath they gave it.

That Mitsu Rotor Glow is alright, but I am not a fan of painted cladding. Only a matter of time before that starts cracking anyways since the cladding breathes and expands in cold and warm weather (little known fact). 0_o

Condensation from the A/C system? I've seen puddles like that under my car on a very humid day.
