Loose Steering

My steering wheel seems to have too much play in it. Can anyone tell me how to go about tightening it? I was told by the mechanic that there is an adjuster somewhere on top of the engine but I don't know what to look for or how to adjust it.

Hmmm... After reading that thread, I'm wondering if some of the experts on this forum could pipe in and discuss how changing wheels/tires can affect the VX ride and stability.

In the WRX world (where I currently reside), there's a lot of discussion about wheel offset, and how if affects the ride (or tracking). Is this true in the VX world also?
