Cheap Stock

My parents purshased a bunch of Medizone (MZEI) awhile back and gave each kid 200 shares and for the longest time this stock has hovered aroud .13 cents a share. Well, they are set to release a disinfectant product in August that.... honestly I don't know what it will do to the stock. Many years ago it went up to .75 cents and not to long ago, up to .40, but none of us sold anything. My dad says this could be the time come August.
