That's not hydrolock.
It happened too late after the VX came out of the water.
Also, if you look at the other video, which was taken from the other side of the river, you can see the rocks that the VX in the first video hit.

Ouch for sure, but not hydrolock.

I had hoped it wasn't too bad, but that Proton got messed up. Hope they get it back in shape... maybe even give it one of those wild paint jobs too.
