Way to go Billy!!!!!!!!
Tom
Awesome, Billy! Keep it up. My coach and I have decided it is better for me in the long run to start focusing on the outdoor season and by pass indoor nationals, so I will do my first Decathlon of the year in 3 and a half weeks at Rice. Keep us posted on your races and nice job!
Good job Billy!
WOW! 2nd in your grouping; that's awesome! When and where is the next duathlon?
That's cool man! Me and a buddy are doing our first tri in Key West in about 3 weeks. It's a sprint distance, hope to improve on my last years only tri time.
What are you run times and bike average speeds? Just curious where I would rank in a race with those distances. (I'm not very fast...)
Zeus...next du is National Championships in Oro Valley, Az (just north of Tucson) then the tri season will get into full swing.
Bob, its all course dependant but in a Sprint tri I average under 6 min mile pace and north of 22mph (my ironman bike split will be under 5 hours this year).
Everyone else...thanks!:winky:
Awesome, dude, you're a maniac.
:) Bart
Oh wow! More than 22mph for 112 miles is rediculous!
This is my autobaun steed ready to race...

Very good looking bike! I was leaning towards a tri bike last year but friends talked me into a road bike so I could be more comfortable riding in a group.
Maybe in a couple years I'll get one.
Way to go! Much props..
