Need a part for my supercharger...

Hey guy's, I am installing a alpine supercharger on my 01 trooper. I have a drive by wire throttle body and the manifold for the supercharger is set up for the cable driven throttle body. I've seen adapters in a few pics on the net. My question is, does anyone have that adapter that they are not useing? I'd like to buy one, but if I have to I'll just make one..

On a side note, does anyone have a diagram of there vacuum lines? I forget how I had them roughted on my bro's Amigo.
