It took a while, but I did find a black one, only one I ever saw. Got most of them on ebay (but check off WorldWide/INTERNATIONAL on the left side bar), as most of the 1:43 size are in UK, Ireland, Germany and Italy. Check out my pic here I took last night, you'll see the black one.Quote:

As far as colors, the only diecast type models (of various sizes) I found were Red, burgundy (Foxfire), silver (just silver, not Astral or Kaiser), yellow (Proton), Peacock Mica, black, Jungle Rally, and a PURPLE. Think I may have seen a green one along the way.
There a few different brands, I could look them up if you want, can't recall them all off the top of my head.
Check out my gallery I have a few pics of some larger models (maybe 4" long that I found on the internet, I don't own them, but I did find a white one which I couldn't find for sale to save my soul! The Queen of ebay and all things on the internet failed on that one....:(

I have quite a few.....but I want a white one. Very odd you cant find white but easily yellow and red.
I have a friend that works for Mattel, she told me a lot of the Taxi companies placed advance orders for the proton color to give away as promotional gifts and then didn't complete the orders. Hence more yellow than any other color.
