Well I picked up Mean Green yesterday. (2000 with 16k.) Rides great but it suffers from the window crap like most others have. The passenger window doesn't even follow the track when closed. There is about 1/2 gap! Drivers side much the same. Is this the track????
It is actually a small number of things. Try shotting some spray silicone down the rubber chutes in the window rails. This will loosen the grip the rubber has on the glass and allow smoother passage. This is only temporary though. A few other tips have been given on the VMag forum you may wanna try out, like shimming the rails. There is also a supoosed UNofficial factory fix for it, but this has yet to be proven I believe. Good luck.

No binds at all since I modified the track and the windows have been used A LOT since then. (I still don't have AC)
Anyway, since your VX is so new, you should check with an Isuzu dealer and see if they will do this same fix for you 'professionally'. If they won't, meet me in PA sometime and I'll fix it for you!

I talked with Rosie at Isuzu today - she said they have an official "fix" for this problem, I'm on my 3rd set of windows. I bent the frame like the earlier post said and fixed it myself.
Did they say just what this fix might be?
I've learned to be wary of Isuzu telling me they've got fixes for things.
