hey so get this guys

thats really interesting that there was a post on here about that motor from ebay recently because that brought up my morale a great amount...
anyhow -> the reason why i started this thread.
so i called a shop that was suggested by a few people for the vehicross asking them to see what it would cost to get a used motor for my vehicross...3 months later they called me back with the answer that the best deal they could find was a used motor for 5,400 dollars with only shipping and most likely not all the motor parts...yea talk about discouraging..

yea it was like 70 something thousand...from the east coast somewhere...
apparently like a 90 day warranty too...

I inquired about a used engine from B&D auto in Eugene Oregon the other day and was told that they had a 3.5 Trooper engine at there Washington location. I don't remember the exact price quote but it was somewhere in the mid 2000.00 range.

You might also check out car-part.com enter 2000 Trooper there are a few listed in both Nevada & Arizona.

I know nothing about these guys...might be worth a look if you're still shopping.
