Scott, there might be a problem, I just tried to open the electrical manual, (you did get the workshop one also) it won't open. Is it because of the size?
yes php is funny and allows only so much for upload.. The script I'm using is funky for downloads as well on large files.
I fixed it all up and both are working now..
