Custom intakes w/cold air box problems

As you'all know there has been some real brainstorming on the problem of fabercating a cold air box & filter placement for the VX. We be temperature taking all over that engine compartment, yet nobody questions the intake air resonating qualitys with these fancy intakes.
There has been some quality reasearch don before us that might help our out look on the engineering of intakes and cold air resonation. For your enlightenment I offer:

So we could mount a hole in the grill, and use the intake as a Jousting lance! That would make for some interesting pics!
