Anyone know if these are available somewhere?

They occasionally come up for sale on Yahoo Auctions Japan. I believe there was a discussion about them on the old forums and there was some incompatibility - don't remember what it was though (like the collar was a different size or some-such) - also the air-bag is different (don't remember why that was an issue).

Probably it is available from salvage yards in Japan, though I'm not sure.
