I discovered this photo not too long ago. wow!, makes my 99VX look old fashioned, I never thought Cox & company could make a sharper design than the VX, until I saw this concept. I'm already anticipating a trade.(hope they build it) this one would get even MORE Linda Blair stares.
It's the love child of a Hummer & SLK, uniquely rugged & SLeeK
My neighbor has the Murano. Looks nice and tough, but sits lower than the VX and it is car-based. Glorified car. Prefer my VX, but it's probably a great vehicle.
I think it looks more like one of the new Porsche Cayanne than a Murano
2001 Ironman Daily Driver... 3.5" suspension lift (OME912 springs and 1" spring spacer), ball joint flip, 1.5" front diff. drop, 33"x12.5 TrXus MT, 16x10 Eagle Alloy rims, Interceptor, PV muffler, K&N air filter, Alpine Supercharger, Bilstein shocks, and some trimming.
2000 Ironman Project LS-1 VX... very slow progress but someday....... ohhhhh someday......
This is Isuzu's concept car I believe the following year after creating the VX proto. Took a million to design and create and looks soooooo much better in person. Doesnt look at all like the Murano or that ugly Cayenne in person... Very sleek.. low to the ground and wide. Running boards built into the body. IF we ever get a chance to go into that damned garage again, Im taking more pics of this one!
