This is for those who live in a state that doesn't require front license plates (... fills in the gap where the license plate should be). There are already threaded holes to install it - takes about 60 seconds).
NOTE: I did not clean it up. It'll shine up real nice with some B2B. Prolly be about the same color as the black/grey/whatever hood insert.
