wonder if shooting the insert with some clear will achieve this???

Actually, I use Mothers Back to Black on the insert and obviously the cladding. The oil from it seeps into that insert and makes a nice glassey shine. Only lasts for 3 or 4 weeks but only takes a few min to apply

Huh... I tried B2B on mine awhile ago but it swirled and streaked really bad. Maybe I just didn't use enough?
