It looks similar to the kit I used - beware that there are some pitfalls to the install (timing marks aren't right) and the idler pulley in my kit had the wrong off-set. Here's the write-up I did:

    similar to mine

My components were from Japan as well. The best option is look at the weight for shipping. The cheap stuff is pounds lighter.

I am getting ready to do my timing belt/water pump in the next couple months (I figure at 145,000 miles it's about due ). In my opinion you will do the job more often with cheap aftermarket parts...not something I want to do. I will spend the little bit extra for quality oem parts so I don't have to repeat the job in 6 months. Merlin should be hearing from me soon
If it were an easy job I don't mind cheaper aftermarket stuff....but something that requires this type of time/effort I want to last. Just my two cents.

PK in Australia also got a kit off ebay about a year ago.
Ebay seller ID - scpltd123 =Small Car Parts Ltd
He said it appeared to be of good quality.

Hey PK, after a year, any issues?

    Hee's PKs thread about it:

Beware of non-OEM timing belt tensioners. They can fail, causing a similar symptom/sound to rod knock or spun bearing.

Looking at Gates timing kit and water pump. I've heard they're better than OEM belts in most cases.
