I tried a search but nothing came up.

Have any of you ever tried the 'Seafoam treatment' on your VX yet? Is basically a additive you can either add to your crankcase, gas tank or intake manifold, or just add one bottle to each. But follow directions!

I read all about it on my Jeep Forum (http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=99405&highlight=Seafoam) and you can read all their personal testimonials on it.

Basically, I tried it on my Jeep, awesome results, then tried it on my Commuter Metro, spectacular! Then today I got the balls to try it on my VX, and let me tell you. Out of all my vehicles, it made the biggest improvment on the VX. It has some extra 'umph', seems to have better gas milage, and some other small tid bits.

I searched my local Kragens and autozone, but no luck. Then i tried a locally owned parts store and i had success. One pint is about $6.50. so I bought 3.

As directed, I added one to my gas tank, one to my crankcase(was low on oil anways. You have to substitute 1 quart of oil for this) and 1/3 of a pint gradually to my throttle body.

If anyone else has tried it, lemme know. I am curious to see if this success has worked for anyone else.
