weather seals replacements ??

looking at possible purchase of 97 JDM VX [here in Australia] but noticed that doors black rubber weather seals have been torn and the other has large piece out of it...so they're probably not repairable so are they a part that can be still ordered, if so [hoping] pls point me in the right direction..it'd be great just start agian with new seals..passenger door glass needs the 'fix' so I may get to experiment with that..currently the window in that door ..looks like its pillarless..!!
