KYB Shock Sticker

Can someone take a close up picture of the original sticker thats on the front KYB OE shocks. I want to see all the numbers, righting, etc. Please past here, thanks!

I qs quoted at over 750 a year ago when I went change the front shocks.. the aftermarket are less than half and I think are much better..
