I bought a clock from this guy a while ago. Only in the Silver version. Nice product....wish he had one in white :) That way I could ask for royalties...LOL

He had agreed with me to stop selling the clock using my image and switched to silver but I guess he figured I wouldn't know. He now refuses to respond to my emails so eBay will pursue.

BTW, my personal pics (where the picture was taken from), mod info, time slips, etc are back up @ http://tonemonday.com/users/tone/vxpix.htm

Are your photos copyrighted? If not I have violin sheet music for you. :pBecause of the laws that the copyright cartel (aka music, movie and book publishers) have been able to buy, nowadays ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you create is automatically covered by copyright, you don't need to do anything to make it so and are due actual damages for any violation of your copyright. If you do officially register the copyright, it means that you are now due quadruple damages plus the copyright violator is *probably* subject to the insane fines and possible jail time that you hear about for copying DVDs and CDs, something like $10,000 per copy.

I say *probably* because, chances are, the law is written to protect corporate citizens but not real citizens.

As of late yesterday, his ad had been altered to showed a silver VX again.

EDIT: Actually, the bidding ended on the black one and he relisted the item, this time in silver. So he may not answer e-mail, but the message seems to be getting through. For a while.

Tone...spotted it today on E-bay again. I thought that problem was solved.
I guess some people's word is not worth a damn (I thought he had told you that he would not use your car again).
