Does anyone know of a smart procedure for getting warranty work done by an Isuzu dealer out of his or her area? I have an Isuzu dealer about 2 hrs from me and need to have my headlight seals done, wheels replaced, and window fixed under warranty before March, but I’m not sure how to go about it. Any suggestions, other than just driving over and leavening it at the dealer for a week. Can you call and get the parts ordered, or do they have to see the vehicle?

Thanks,

Luke

They'll want to look at it before they do anything warranty related.

Talk to a dealer service rep there and tell them the year and mileage of your VX and the problems you have.

It's all iffy according to who you talk to and how helpful a dealership is when it comes to warranty work. My guess is that they will want to see the truck first before doing anything.

Good luck..

What dealership are you going to? Maybe there are other VX members here that frequent that dealership. You could mention their name(s) when you call. Couldnt hurt...
