Espn Dream Job!

Well one of our very own VXers has made it to the finals of the ESPN Sport anchor reality show search "Dream Job".

Yup, I'm one of the 12 finalist!

I started at one of the open call auditions last September. I had to drive to Philadelphia since I missed the NYC auditions. There were many more subsequent auditions after that. Over 10,000 people auditioned. It was really tough, but now it is just the top people battling it out for the prize.

Show starts on Feb 22nd and there will be an internet vote that will count as one judge. I hope to have the VX nation behind me!

I actually have a picture in today USAToday with the other contestants accompanying an article about the show.

In one of the survey questions, they asked what was your most prizes possesion outside of sports. I said "MY VX!" Really! :yes:
That question didn't make the website.

The show starts on the 22nd. The voting will open up then.

Oh snap! That is tight Chet. One of my best friends is a stage hand for SportsCenter. He always has a ton of fun on the set. Sounds like a great crew.
