I have a JDM Momo steering wheel for sale. Price is $480 including shipping by ground to lower 48 states and to Canada.
Looks like I'm having issues seeing photos in my gallery to attach them to the post. Will try to add later or can send them to your email.

interested. anyone know how much work is involved in swapping from the stock one? is it just pulling the battery leads & waiting an hour--then removing the shroud & unbolting it?

Does this have the "contact ring" that is apparently needed to make this work? What about the airbag connectors--are they plug & play, or what is needed?

The swap is easy...I did it for a JDM wheel as well. Disconnect the battery, take the air bag screws out, unclip the airbag, loosen the wheel secure nut but don't take all the way off, a few hard jerks and it will pop out, take off the nut and remove the wheel. Put it back in reverse order.

I don't know about the connector for his airbag but mine was plug and play.

I've done a swap before on a different vehicle. I'm comfortable with it...just mainly wanting to make sure things plug together the same.

I did this swap myself before when I had a US VX which was a 1999. The plug for the airbag didn't fit. I wanted to get male-female connectors from somewhere to change them so that they plug one into another but never got to doing it and later sold that US VX after getting two of JDM VXes. The horn/signal plug connects directly. I guess there must have been some different versions of airbags with different connections since MileHighVX said his connected and was plug and play. That wheel that I had on my US VX was sold, so I can't compare the connectors on the two wheels that I have now with that one where connectors didn't fit. But the wheel is easy to put on and if the connectors don't fit, you can find some other connectors to use, just cut them off (make sure sure you cut one wire at a time) and put on new connectors and be careful not to shorten them when taking off or putting new ones on. Shouldn't be too hard.

All right. If you can give me until the 1st of the month (and a new paycheck, I'll take it).

Nice...I think that Jon (VXOrado) cut his US version, or had a donor that he used. You might PM him and see what he did exactly if that helps.

Just saw your replies in the thread. For some reasons I wasn't notified by email that anybody replied and I rarely check this forum. Thus completely missed your replies. Sorry about that. Please, contact me by email and by the way, my email is my PayPal. I also got back from Russia a month ago with more JDM goodies. Some of them are already for sale, some will be ready soon.

I attempted to send you email. Do you have pics of both wheels? I'm assuming that you posted the one that's been recovered. Any pics of other JDM stuff you have for sale?
