Hey All,

Does anyone have a source for a replacement idler pulley for the serpentine belt on our trucks. I've bought two in the last two weeks and had to return both because the hole for the bolt was too large. The last one that I returned was a Dayco, I can't remember the make of the first one. Is there someone out there that sells OEM pulleys?
I replaced my timing belt, water pump and tensioner a few weeks back because I thought the squealing coming from under the hood meant the water pump and therefore the timing belt needed to be replaced. Turns out the squealing was coming from the bearing in the idler pulley that was seizing up and I went through the whole timing belt thing for nothing. Aaaaarrrrgh!
Now, I still have the dreaded squeal and I can't find a pulley that fits. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

isuzuparts.com will have it.

Also if there is an old Isuzu dealer in your town they may be able to get it for you as well. I know in the Denver area the old Isuzu dealer will still get parts for Isuzus even though they are a VW dealer now.
