Due to a change of plans my Vehi-Cross is now up for sale if anyone is interested.
Its a genuine 50K miles and I have just had the Rancho shocks fitted and expensive winter tyres as well as a summer set of tyres. I have also put in a very expensive Alpine hifi with high quality reversing camera which is bluetooth.

Would you consider selling your VX-O2 model? I'd love to have it...

Where did you ever find it? Yours is one of only two I've ever seen on the interweb.

It was so long ago I have forgotten but I recall they only made a very low quantity and they sold very quickly

I think they were only sold overseas. Here's a really good collection of photos from the Japanese website:

Ahhh, so it's only 1:43 scale. I was thinking it's was a normal 1:24 scale model kit.

Yes that's the one, despite the small size the detail is incredible, I have a special edition Ferrari in metal with as much detail and it cost an absolute fortune I'll post up a link to my Flickr account as it details my main model collection.

That's a great collection...

Noticed that that steering wheel in the Lotus Esprit looks very similar to the one in the JDM VX...:bwgy::smilewink:bgwo::bgwb:

Thanks, all of the Corgi Lotus collection are mint and with perfect boxes and the result of 20 years collecting.

I wouldn't be surprised if the steering wheel did come from other parts bin as Lotus are really just a nano hair up on a kit car, I say that as someone who has had a Lotus in one form or another since 1972 fun cars but they do fall to bits easily.

Decided not to sell it now so will keep it. Although the larger Porsche Cayenne Turbo S would have suited fine I have decided that £470 a year road tax and 18 mpg was just a bit excessive.
