I posted this over on Facebook, but I know there are some around here that aren't wit tha whole F-B thang...SO, I'll repost this here:

To whom may be concerned...Jim decided to tip tha heck over from a heart attack on Friday. Fortunately for him, his wife was home to drag his back side to tha doctor. I'm pretty sure he would'v been too stubborn to call 911 if she weren't there.
Anyway, we just visited him in tha hospital, & he's well on tha road to recovery. He'll be getting a couple more stints & an artificial heart valve in tha days/weeks to come, so post some positive vibes here if ya get tha chance, and I'll print out a screen shot & take it up to him.

On a more funnier note, I had spoken with Mike (his Bro) & Connie (his Wife) last night, & knew he was gonna be OK...so of course I had to show up to visit wearing my helmet & asking if he was ready to go ride'n yet...I also brought a can of corn...just in case he gets a pig or cow valve, I figger he'll no doubt have some cravings...

Thanx in advance,

Dub

As a matter of fact YES...all Y'all's well wishes worked...

He's still got a surgery or two in front of him, but he's been back to work for a few days last week. He'll be finding out dates etc after his next Doc visit next week.

Sorry I kinda fell off tha face of da erf for a while...:mbrasd:

Jim's swine/bovine Addendums/byass surgery went perfectly...

He's doing nicely, & look'n much improved from the whiter shade of pale that he was.

He's going to P-T a few times a week, & also going in to work...

In OTHER breaking news, he'll be rock'n a new whip in Moab this spring. He became the proud owner of a 99 Migo, a couple weeks ago...

Judging from tha smile on his face, I'd say prolly as good a therapy post surgery, as can be found anywhere...:yesgray:

Great to hear ... both on the health front & on the Amigo front.

The 99 I picked up over the summer with the 5 speed & 3.2L is really fun to drive. I just need to get the rag top for it for summer use & put the hard top in the shop to get LineX'd.
