Am I going to die?

Well, I went to a Visalus or whatever its called get together. I ended up putting down $100 to get 2 shakes a day for a month, now these are supposed to replace meals and give me all the nutrients I need (the plan being save money not buying fast food daily)....I'm skeptical to say the least. Anyone got any experience with this stuff? I know this isn't the best place to ask, but to be honest I trust most of you guys and gals more then most other forums :D
