While I was sending perambulatory movement impulses to those things below my waist...well 2 of 3 anyhoo, but I digress...:rolleyesg, making my way across the mondo jovial tundra that is the wal mart parking lot...I had to stop in my tracks...:eekgray:

I looked down & saw this...this...well, just wait, I'll show ya in a sec...:yesgray:

This caused me to go back to the truck & drive the 4 miles home to fetch my camera...:_steering

That is interesting! Is that a man-hole cover?

(You haven't seen any dead people lately, have you? :bgwb:)

Sorry, I wasn't very clear in the first post...but yeah, it's a pipe that they buried in the construction phase (couple yrs ago), I was thinking that it's a possible future signage location.
The wind had blown snow into a very slight recess, creating the Yin/Yang pattern.

I hadn't seen anything like it before.

The look on the other wal martians faces, as they walked by a mostly grown man, standing in the parking lot, taking pictures of the ground, was what I'd call: "more perplexed than usual"...:_thinking

It will never cease to amaze me:

bring the camera with me everywhere I go = never see anything that would be considered even remotely interesting

leave the camera @ home = ALWAYS see all kinds of WAY interesting stuff that makes me say: "DANG, I shoulda brought the camera"...:_brickwal
