As you can see in this picture that the left side is slightly higher...i am missing the rubber piece that goes around the screw....so it pops up slightly (the V6 24V piece - not sure what it is called) back left is up.
Any suggestions on where I can get those rubber pieces so it sits snug?

I have 2 extra ones that I might still have if I can find them. I got them off of a 99 rodeo.

Are you talking about the rubber grommets that hold the fuel rail cover on top of the intake?

Duct tape fixes everything! :D

I am referring to the plastic piece that says V6 24 Valve. That goes on the four rubber pieces to hold it in place, I am missing the back left one so the piece is up slightly. If you look at my picture from my post you can see it - although it is not as clear.

They're called gromets, I believe.

The black plastic thing you're describing is the ENGINE COVER.
Although the Isuzu schematic (item #35) doesn't show the grommets available separately, I'd still call Merlin and ask anyway.
Or maybe try a hardware store to find a thick rubber washer or grommet, something similar with same OD and a hole. Even if it's not as tall as the original, I think it would hold it down...or put a little earthquake putty on it....it's my version of duct tape!
I think it could handle the heat.
